Holding signs new Arsenal deal

The central defender joined the club from Bolton Wanderers in 2016, and has since won the FA Cup and made numerous Premier League appearances
Rob Holding has signed a new contract at Arsenal, the club have confirmed.
The 22-year-old joined the Gunners from Bolton Wanderers in 2016 in a £2 million deal, and has since gone on to win the FA Cup and the Community Shield with the club.
Holding has made 26 appearances in all competitions this season, even scoring in the 4-2 group stage win over BATE Borisov in the Europa League.
The news ensures Holding will be at Arsenal next season regardless of who succeeds Arsene Wenger as manager.
Nevertheless, Holding is to continue providing support for the likes of Laurent Koscielny, Per Mertesacker and Shkodran Mustafi.
