Arsenal hold Forsberg talks
Arsenal have held talks with Emil Forsberg’s agent regarding a potential deal for the RB Leipzig midfielder, claims SportExpressen.
Atletico Madrid and Juventus are also interested in the Sweden international, although Leipzig recently stated they did not want to sell Forsberg this summer.
An offer in excess of £45 million ($60.1m) is likely to be required for Leipzig to change their stance as the Bundesliga club also look to reward Forsberg with a new contract
Meanwhile, Arsenal’s new coach, Unai Emery, is also said to be interested in signing Nice midfielder Jean Michael Seri, according to Sky Sports.
Emery made an attempt to sign Seri during his time as PSG boss, but was frustrated by Financial Fair Play rules.
Seri is understood to have an agreement with Nice that allows him to leave if an offer of £35 million (€40m/$47m) or more comes in.
